Sinus

Bacterial infections are best treated with antibiotics, while viral infections should clear up n their own. Here are some signs to help tell the difference:

Bacterial

  • Pain on one side of your face.
  • Thick, dark-green or dark-yellow discharge from your nose.
  • You felt better after a week but then got worse

Viral

  • Pain on both sides of your face. general achiness
  • Runny nose, discharge from eyes
  • You have been sick for less than 10 days.
