All consumed food comes first to intestine. From there the Carbohydrate is transfered to Blood. The blood from their goes to Liver. Liver through metabolism converters the Carbohydrate to Glucose. From Their the Blood goes to all organs through the heart.
The excessive Sugar in Blood triggers secretion of Insulin in pancreas. Insulin controls Sugar level in Blood & transfers Glucose to cells.
Because of deficiency of insulin or insufficient amount of insulin Glucose in full could not transfer all Glucose it remains in Blood. Excessive sugar in Blood is entreated by Kidney in Urine.
The primary cells gets energy from Glucose but in case the Glucose is inadequates for cells, the cell gains energy from Fat & Protein. During this process excessive Ketone is produced. This is sever form Diabetes.
The primary signs of Diabetes are Poly-phagia (Hunger) , poly-urea (Urean) , poly-dypsia (thirst), delayed healing.
