Meal 3. 1-2 slices of brown bread with paneer or two scrambled egg whites and a fruit
Meal 4. (Lunch) Two chappatis with soyabeans or rajma and curd for lunch
Meal 5. A cup of green tea and sprout salad
Meal 6. (Dinner) Boiled veggies with paneer, chicken or fish
Meal 7. (Before sleeping) A cup of skimmed milk
